Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
This policy explains what Tech Hub Services does with the information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, email us at abhigyannath8@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name, service interest, budget range and project details you choose to give us.
To stop the form being abused to send mail to people who did not ask for it, our server briefly records a one-way scrambled version of your network address and the time you submitted. It cannot be turned back into your address, it is used only to limit how many messages one connection can send in ten minutes, and it expires by itself.
Where website analytics are enabled, we also collect anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location and device type. This is not linked to your identity and we do not use it to identify individuals.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work you have engaged us for.
To send you an automatic acknowledgement confirming your message arrived. It is a one-off confirmation, not a mailing list, and we do not add you to one.
To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We use third-party providers to run this site — hosting, email delivery and analytics. They process data only to provide those services to us.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep them.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function correctly, plus analytics cookies if analytics is enabled. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
