Is this actually free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to hire us afterwards. We do these because a fair number of people who read one eventually come back — and because the ones who do not still get something useful.
Is it an automated report?
No. Automated scanners give you a hundred warnings and no priorities. A person looks at your site, runs the technical checks, and writes up what is actually worth fixing and in what order.
How long does it take?
Within two business days. If we are unusually busy we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Will you call and try to sell me something?
No. We send the audit by email and leave it there. If you want to talk about the fixes you can reply, but nobody will chase you.
What if I do not have a website yet?
Then an audit will not help you. Get in touch normally and we will talk about building one instead.
