Clinics & healthcare
Websites for clinics, dentists and healthcare practices
Patients choose a clinic on trust and convenience. Your site decides both before anyone calls.
Someone looking for a clinic is usually deciding between two or three nearby, and they decide fast — often on a phone, often outside your opening hours. What they need is narrow: do you treat this, are you close, are you open, and can I book without a conversation. Most clinic sites answer none of those in the first screen.
What usually goes wrong
Found, but not chosen
Ranking in local search only gets you into the comparison. What wins it is a page that shows treatments, hours and location without the visitor hunting for them.
Bookings happen out of hours
If the only route is a phone call during clinic hours, you lose the people who searched at 10pm — which is a lot of them.
Treatment pages that say nothing
A list of treatment names ranks for nothing and reassures nobody. A page per treatment, explaining what it involves, is what people actually search.
Credentials buried
Qualifications, registrations and years in practice are the whole basis of trust here, and they are usually one line on an About page.
What the site actually has to do
- A page per treatment, written for patients rather than colleagues
- Practitioner profiles with real qualifications and registrations
- Location, hours and directions visible without scrolling
- Booking or callback request that works outside opening hours
- LocalBusiness structured data so search engines place you correctly
- Fast mobile pages and click-to-call on every screen

Common questions
Can you integrate an appointment booking system?
Yes — either a booking tool embedded into the site, or a simple request form that reaches your front desk. Which one depends on whether your appointments need real-time availability or a callback is enough.
What about patient data and privacy?
Keep patient data out of the website entirely. Enquiry forms should collect only enough to call someone back, with anything clinical handled in your practice system. We will build it that way by default.
Do you write the medical content?
We draft the structure and the plain-English explanation; a clinician reviews and corrects it. We will not publish clinical claims that a practitioner has not signed off.
