## 1. What we understood

- Ad spend, paid directly by you to the platform
- New work requested after design approval, quoted separately before starting

## 4. Timeline

## 5. Price

## 6. What you own

On final payment you own the code, the content, the domain and the hosting
account — all registered in your name. Nothing is locked to us. If you want to
move to another developer, you take everything and we will help with the
handover.

## 7. After launch

30 days of support for fixes and questions is included. After that you can
take a monthly care plan, or simply get in touch when you need something.
There is no retainer you have to sign.

## 8. What we need from you

- Your logo and brand colours, if you have them
- Content or a clear brief for each page
- One person empowered to approve the design
- Feedback within two working days, so the timeline holds
